Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients in our department who undergo PD (pancreatoduodenectomy) / DP (pancreaticoidectomy) (including all laparotomy, endoscopy, robot surgery); 2. Patients willing sign informed consent; 3. The patients who will receive perioperative related tests, data collection and postoperative follow-up; 4. Patients aged 18 to 80 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients cannot enter the study if any of the following are met: 1. patients with severe infection, fever and leukocytosis before operation; 2. Patients with abnormal procalcitonin (PCT) before operation (medullary cell carcinoma of thyroid, after treatment with proinflammatory cytokines, long-term circulatory failure, etc.); 3. Patients who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy before operation.
