Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma confirmed by pathology; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Patients receive radiotherapy and concurrent chemotherapy for the first time; 4. Conformal intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) is used :CT scan is used to locate the target area, including the primary focus and lymphatic drainage area, and 6MV high-energy X-ray radiotherapy is performed on the linear accelerator; 5. Expected survival over 6 months; 6. Patients who can eat by mouth; 7. Patients willing to know and be investigated; 8. With no serious mental or mental illness, with normal listening, speaking, understanding and communication skills.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other malignant tumors, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, diabetes, digestive tract ulcer and other diseases affecting digestion and absorption; 2. Patients with severe dysphagia; 3. Patients with life-threatening diseases or in terminal stage; 4. Patients with cognitive impairment.
