Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 5-65 years old; 2. Patients with symptoms of AR with/without AS in spring; 3. Patients with postive result to extract of Papermulberry pollen (to at least one allergen in skin prick test (SPT) using standard reagents within 12 months(wheal diameter of positive control >=3mm and wheal diameter of allergen >=3mm; wheal diameter=(the longest diameter+its vertical diameter)/2; skin index(SI)= wheal diameter of allergen/wheal diameter of positive control; +: SI<=0.5, ++:0.52.0)).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other nasal disease except for persistent AR; 2. Patients in acute disease condition, such as asthma attack; Patients have any systemic diseases, such as acute myocardial infarction, severe arrhythmia, unstable angina, tumor and hematopathy; 3. Patients with history of malnutrition, drug abuse, alcoholism; 4. Patients are pregnant or lactating; 5. Patients with mental disorder and cannot cooperate with researchers.
