Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible participants are residents who were located in Wuhan during the lockdown starting from 23 January 2020 due to the Coronavirus breakout. The study was conducted for 12 days between 20 Feb to 2 March

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who were not located in Wuhan when we conducted the study and those who did not practice mindfulness or mind-wandering exercise over the next 10 days.
