Interventions

Group 1:Ropivacaine combined with dexamethasone

Group 2:Ropivacaine combined with normal saline

Group 3:Postoperative analgesia pump

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. ASA class I-II; 3. Patients who are ready for posterior lumbar decompression and fusion; 4. Patients who sign informed consent and are willing to be followed up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With contraindications of nerve block; 2. With contraindications of glucocorticoid application; 3. With severe cardiopulmonary and hepatorenal dysfunction before operation; 4. With history of chronic pain, long-term use of painkillers; 5. With language understanding disorder, mental illness, unable to cooperate with researchers; 6. Patients who have participated in other studies.
