65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hypertension who are to be operated on under general anesthesia by endotracheal intubation; 2. ASA grade II-III, operation grade 3-4; 3. Patients taking ARBs daily to control blood pressure for more than 7 days; 4. 65-85 years old; 5. Patients who need artery puncture for operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients taking hormone for a long time; 2. Patients with serious heart and lung diseases; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Patients with other serious peripheral vascular diseases, intracranial hypertension or celiac hypertension; 5. Patients with intractable uncontrolled hypertension before operation (SBP 200mmhg or DBP 120mmhg); 6. Patients who were treated with pressor drugs recently.
