Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with exudative AMD; 2. Patients undergoing RPE autotransplantation;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients with obvious vitreous hemorrhage, severe cataracts and other refractive stroma with obvious turbid ophthalmopathy affected the observation of fundus before and after surgery; 2. Patients whose CNV membrane is incomplete or who can not be classified by gass when they are examined by pathological section; 3. Patients with diabetic retinopathy, hypertensive retinopathy, high myopia maculopathy and other fundus diseases that may involve macula; 4. Patients with other basic diseases and poor general conditions can not tolerate surgery.
