Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a diagnosis of COPD, with a post-bronchodilator ratio of FEV1/FVC 40 years; 3. Patients who are proficient in Chinese and have no communication barriers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With other chronic respiratory diseases; 2. With sever cardiac, liver and renal diseases; 3. Patients who refuse to participate; 4. Patients with cognition disorders.
