Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The size of gallbladder is basically normal, the thickness of gallbladder wall is not more than 5 mm; 2. The function of gallbladder is normal; 3. No stone obstruction of cystic duct; 4. No more than 10 gallbladder polyps and the size of gallbladder polyps is not limited; 5. Patients without acute attack in the near future; 6. Patients who have clear requirements for gallbladder preservation and fully understand the possibility of recurrence of gallbladder polyp; 7. Patients aged 18-65 years old,
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With acute cholecystitis; 2. Gallbladder full of stones; 3. With gallbladder separation; 4. With atrophy of gallbladder; 5. With cholelithiasis or acute pancreatitis; 6. With suspected malignant tumor of gallbladder; 7. With a history of subtotal gastrectomy; 8. With serious diabetes mellitus; 9. Lactation or pregnancy; 10. With severe cardiopulmonary, hepatorenal insufficiency; 11. With anticoagulant administration history.
