18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primipara with 34 weeks' gestation; 2. Aged < 35 years old; 3. Objects without previous abortion history; 4. Primipara with 34 weeks' gestation; 5. Participants who will sign informed consent to participate in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious diseases of other systems; 2. Patients with serious complications of pregnancy such as hypertension and diabetes; 3. Those conditions that are not suitable for normal delivery as assessed by obstetricians, such as placenta previa, macrosomia, and malposition; 4. Patients with AIDS, venereal diseases and other infectious diseases.
