18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with informed consent and approval of the hospital ethics committee; 2. Patients who will undergo laparoscopic cholecystolithotomy; 3. Aged 18-65; 4. ASA class I ~ II; 5. BMI18-30kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who disagree or voluntarily withdraw from the study; 2. Patients with serious other system diseases; 3. Patients with gastrointestinal bleeding or peptic ulcer in the past 60 days; 4. Patients with chronic pain; 5. Patients with alcohol or opioid dependence; 6. Those who use other psychoactive drugs for a long time; 7. Patients who are allergic to any one of the drugs used in this study.
