Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Donors and recipients aged 18-60 years; 2. Patients with indications for renal transplantation; 3. Patients with first kidney transplantation; 4. Renal transplantation with cadaveric donor; 5. Patients willing to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Renal transplantation with living donor among relatives; 2. Patients with absolute contraindications to renal transplantation; 3. The patients who use the drugs in combination within the non specified scope, especially the drugs that have a great influence on the test results and affect the validity and safety judgment; 4. Patients participating in other clinical trials; 5. Patients with previous history of other organ transplantation; 6. Other situations that the researchers think are not suitable for inclusion.
