Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hengyang City resident, aged >= 60 years; 2. Patients who can walk independently and take part in the measurement of grip strength and walking speed; 3. Patients willing to participate in the study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental, cognitive, speech or hearing disorders; 2. Patients with serious bone and joint disease or nonunion of fracture; 3. Patients with severe organ dysfunction such as cardiovascular, lung, liver and kidney; 4. Patients with incomplete data.
