18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Tumor patients aged 18 to 70 years; 2. Body mass index (BMI) is 18.5 – 25 kg / m2. 3. Patients with colorectal cancer received standard chemotherapy (foflox program).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes; 2. Dyslipidemia (TG > 2.26mmol/l or TC > 6.2mmol / L); 3. Renal function damage (creatinine > 122 µ mol / L or urea > 10.7mmol / L); 4. Abnormal liver function (alanine aminotransferase > 60u / L or total bilirubin > 20.5 µ mol / L); 5. Splenectomy; 6. The body temperature was higher than 37.5 degrees C; 7. Current hormone therapy; 8. Pregnant.
