Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged 65-90 years; 2) ASA 1-2 level; 3) patients undergoing open spinal surgery; 4) Willing to participate in this trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with preoperative disturbance of consciousness; 2) communication barriers; 3) cannot be fixed in the same position for a long time; 4) a history of acupuncture within 6 months; 5) previous history of schizophrenia, Parkinson's disease or epilepsy; 6) obese, with BMI > 35kg/m2; 7) preoperative use of hormones and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 8) preoperative use of anticholinergic drugs; 9) patients with preoperative cognitive impairment.
