Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria for stroke: stroke was defined according to the world health organization criteria and divided into ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke according to the results of the first brain scan. 2. SAP diagnostic criteria: pneumonia occurs less than 7 days after stroke and meets CDC diagnostic criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: aged < 18 years; diseases with similar clinical manifestations of pneumonia such as lung tumors, tuberculosis, pulmonary edema, atelectasis, non-infectious pulmonary interstitial disease, pulmonary embolism, etc.; there are definite pulmonary infections before stroke.
