60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)aged >= 60 years; 2)scheduled to undergo elective hip and knee arthroplasty; 3)preoperative MMSE score >= 24; 4)informed consent to participate in the study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) elders with severe visual, auditory, cognitive impairment, dementia or a history of mental illness; 2) elders with infection within one month; 3) elders with neurological diseases, such as ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke and severe head trauma; 4) elders with severe preoperative heart, liver and kidney disorders and malignant tumors; 5) those taking antidepressants or sedatives continuously before surgery; 6) those participating in other clinical trials within the past four weeks; 7) those unable to communicate.
