17 Years to 68 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) simple atlantoaxial fracture with transverse ligament fracture; (2) intact anterior 1/2 Jefferson fracture, anterior 3/4 Jefferson fracture, posterior 3/4 Jefferson fracture, semicircular fracture and classical Jefferson fracture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)anterior 1/4, posterior 1/4, posterior 1/2 Jefferson fracture of complete transverse ligament; (2) previous history of upper cervical surgery; (3) history of upper cervical tuberculosis, infection, tumor; (4) history of metastatic tumor or blood system tumor; (5) other diseases affecting bone metabolism or drug users; (6) congenital dysplasia of occipital neck.
