Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Comprehensive assessment and intervention research on the elderly: a. Older adults who are expected to live in part of Chengdus nursing home, chronic disease hospitals and communities for more than 2 years. b. aged 60 and above; c. voluntary or authorized clients agree to participate in the study; d. willing to carry out rehabilitation exercise, psychological intervention and nutritional intervention according to the research plan. 2. Investigation on the current situation of medical care and pension services: a. the caregivers who are on-the-job in Chengdus part of nursing home; b both the head of the nursing home and the caregivers agreed to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Comprehensive assessment and intervention research on the elderly: (1) Activities of daily living less than 60; (2) with severe cognitive impairment; (3) with severe vision and hearing impairment; (4) with severe disease of joint, such as osteoarthritis, new fracture and hip replacement who are not suitable for rehabilitation exercise; (5) with severe cardiopulmonary and brain disease; (6) with renal insufficiency who need to limit the intake of protein. 2. Investigation on the current situation of medical care and pension services: the caregiver who suffer from acute disease or ask for leave in the period of investigation.
