Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with the first and unilateral stroke, meeting the diagnostic criteria of stroke, and the course of disease is less than 3 months; 2. Patients whose Epworth sleepiness score is more than 11, whose polysomnography (PSG) diagnosis is OSA, and whose AHI >=15 times/h; 3. Patients who are conscious and have stable vital signs at admission; 4. Patients and caregivers willing to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with upper airway structural diseases or abnormalities: jaw deformity, hypertrophy of turbinate, deviation of nasal septum, nasal polyp, tumor of nasopharynx, hypertrophy of tonsil III degree, adenoid hypertrophy, tumor after epiglottis, etc; 2. Patients with stroke involving cortex, a epilepsy history, first-degree relatives with epilepsy history and patients using epilepsy drugs; 3. Patients with severe cognitive impairment or inability to perform simple instructions; 4. Patients with pacemakers and metal implants; 5. Patients with skull defect in the stimulation area; 6. Patients with severe impairment of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ functions.
