Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aged 16-85 male or female; 2. they were willing to sign the informed consent; 3. The novel coronavirus nucleic acid was detected by real-time fluorescence RT-PCR in sputum, throat swabs, and lower respiratory tract secretions based on the novel coronavirus infection suspected case standard; Sequencing of viral genes is highly homologous to Known novel coronavirus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. patients with malignant tumor, other serious systemic diseases and psychosis; 3. patients with severe liver dysfunction; 4. recent or participating in other clinical trials; 5. evidence of drug addiction within one year before joining the trial; 6. unable or unwilling to provide informed consent or comply with the trial requirements; 7. Combined with other infectious diseases.
