Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for autistic children: 1. In accordance with DSM-5 ASD standard, combined with SRS, ABC, cars screening scale positive; 2. There was no single nervous system disease; 3. No obvious abnormality was found in brain MRI and EEG; Standard for healthy children: The control children were matched according to the age and gender of autistic children.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other independent psychobehavioral diseases, Rett syndrome, chromosome, genetic metabolic diseases and other major physical diseases, and guardians were not willing to participate.
