Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 65 years who need elective surgery under tracheal intubation under general anesthesia; 2. ASA grade I-III, cardiac function grade I-II, BMI 18-25kg / m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Systolic blood pressure >= 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >= 110 mmHg, arrhythmia, valvular heart disease, peripheral vascular disease and severe liver and kidney dysfunction before operation; 2. Patients with carotid atheromatous plaque, stenosis more than 50% indicated by carotid ultrasound, anatomic variation and neck operation; 3. Patients with severe respiratory diseases, limited or abnormal thoracic activity before operation; 4. Patients with high abdominal pressure, such as large abdominal space occupying or large amount of ascites; 5. Patients with severe anemia and hypotension before operation; 6. Patients who are allergic to the drugs and colloids involved in the study; 7. Patients with difficult airway; 8. Patients with hypotension and vasoactive drugs used more than three times after anesthesia induction.
