Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 70 years old; 2. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III; 3. Patients with proximal femoral fracture confirmed by radiology; 4. Patients with unilateral lesions; 5. Patients willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with local anesthetic allergy; 2. Patients with abnormal coagulation; 3. Patients with skin infection in groin area and spine puncture site; 4. Patients taking anticoagulants and analgesics for a long time before operation; 5. Patients with severe Alzheimer's disease, epilepsy and other cognitive disorders.
