18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of age over 18 years, who presented with an undiagnosed exudative pleural effusion; 2. Patients who agree to undergo medical thoracoscopy and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with transudative hydrothorax; 2. Patients with severe pleural adhesion, pleural effusion as leakage, severe respiratory failure, coagulation disorder, hypertension, anesthesia allergy or pregnancy status.
