Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patient aged 18-80 years will be eligible if they have the intention of undergoing colonoscopy, or have the high risk factors of CRC, or have some symptoms, such as stomachache, diarrhea, the change of bowel habits, and so on.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients will be excluded if the cecum cant be intubated , or if the quality of bowel preparation isnt adequate(BBPS score <2 in any segment of the colon), or they are diagnosed inflammatory bowel disease or familial adenomatous polyposis, or they have been performed abdominal opration.
