18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary colon and rectal cancer diagnosed by pathology, and no distant metastasis; 2. Patients with daily exercise time less than 20 minutes and weekly exercise time less than 3 days; 3. Patients with a body mass index greater than or equal to 25; 4. Patients with less than 2 fruits and / or 5 vegetables per day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other malignant tumors or distant metastases; 2. Patients with other important organ dysfunction; 3. Patients with unstable or rapid deterioration; 4. Patients with cognitive impairment who are unable to communicate normally.
