Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical or pathological diagnosis of psoriasis; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. Right-handed (excluding left-handed and double-handed).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women are in pregnancy, menstrual period on the day of scanning and evaluation; 2. MRI contraindications and intolerance of MRI scans; 3. Previous MRI scans of lesions or structural abnormalities in the brain; 4. Have a history of excessive drinking and drugs, drug abuse or dependence; 5. Current or previous history of neuropsychiatric diseases: any situation (epilepsy, transient ischemic attack, etc.) unconscious for more than 5 minutes, traumatic brain injury, craniocerebral surgery, cerebrovascular disease, schizophrenia, affective disorder Sexual disease; 6. Current or previous major physical illness (heart disease, malignant tumor, hereditary disease, etc.) 7. Current history of acceptance of drugs that may affect cognitive function, past and current use of antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, isoniazid, glucocorticoids, stimulants, psychostimulant appetite suppressants or central hypotension Medicine (clonidine, reserpine); 8. Have used sedative hypnotics (benzodiazepines, barbiturates) or over-the-counter sleep aids in the past month; 9. Have a family history of neuropsychiatric disorders from first-, second- and third-degree relatives; 10. Researchers don't think subjects should participate in trials.
