Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-80 years; (2) Patients diagnosed as arrhythmia and need radiofrequency ablation operation, including atrial fibrillation and frequent premature ventricular contractions; (3) Patients with atrial fibrillation who greed to receive radial artery puncture for invasive blood pressure monitoring; patients with frequent premature ventricular contractions who receive femoral artery puncture in the operation; (4) Willing to provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe organic heart disease (including congenital heart disease, myocardial infarction, severe valve disease and atrioventricular block, etc.); (2) Patients combined with malignant tumor and serious systemic disease; (3) Inability to provide informed consent or unwillingness to comply with research protocol; (4) Pregnant women; (5) Patients with artery stenosis of extremities.
