18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic renal failure requiring hemodialysis; 2. With a positive Allen test result that indicated a patent palmar arch; 3. With a radial artery >=2 mm in diameter and free of heavy calcifications; 4. With a patent ulnar artery free of heavy calcifications; 5. With a cephalic vein >=1.5 mm in diameter and >=10 cm in length; 6. Patients willing to take participate in the trial and could comply with the proposed regular follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent renal transplant patients; 2. Poor vascular condition to performed the forearm arteriovenous fistula; 3. With infection in the forearm; 4. Patients diagnosed with severe heart failure and could not tolerate operation; 5. With serious forearm injury or had underwent ipsilateral forearm vascular opertion; 6. Plan to get pregnant within one year.
