Interventions

Control group (group C):The patients in group C were injected with 5 ml of saline before the end of surgery
Flurbiprofen group (group F):The patients in group F were injected with 50mg of flurbiprofen before the end of surgery
Oxycodone low group (group OL):The patients in group OL were injected with 0.05 mg/kg of oxycodone before the end of surgery
Oxycodone medium group (group OM):The patients in group OL were injected with 0.1 mg/kg of oxycodone before the end of surgery
Oxycodone high group (group OH):The patients in group OL were injected with 0.15 mg/kg of oxycodone before the end of surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years, 2. ASA I-III grade, 3. BMI 28-50 kg/m2, 4. Type of surgery: sleeve gastrectomysleeve gastrectomy+jejunojejunal bypass, sleeve gastrectomy+duodenojejunal bypass,gastric bypass.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI > 50kg/m2; 2. Severe obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS); 3. Respiratory or cardiovascular disease; 4. Poor blood glucose control; 5. Severe liver,kidney,or thyroid dysfunction; 6. Psychological disease.
