Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 70 children were selected for the MRI examination of dexmedetomidine failed in nasal tranquilization in children's hospital of Chongqing medical university, and the gender was not limited, ASAI-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Respiratory tract infection, asthma attack, liver and kidney dysfunction, drug contraindications in this study
