Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Post cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, onset time 1 to 12 months; 3. Patients with Cerebrovascular diseasesl 4. Patients with first stroke or previous stroke without sequelae; 5. Confirmed stroke by head CT or MRI, and exclude obvious neuropathies (such as encephalitis, hydrocephalus, etc.; 6. Cognitive impairment; 7. Cooperate for cognitive test, training, and follow-up; 8. Signed informed consent by the patient or direct family members.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have not had cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction for the first time, or who have had lacunar infarction in the past and have sequelae; 2. Patients accompanied by unconsciousness, could not?cooperate?with the?examination and treatment; 3. Patients with severe primary diseases in heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 4. Patients with cognitive impairment due to other non-cerebrovascular diseases; 5. Previous history of mental disorders, substance abuse; 6. Patients with organ failure or severity stroke and cancer and other diseases or conditions that affect the quality of life of patients more than post-stroke cognitive impairment; 7. Patients who are unable to complete treatment, may have poor compliance and difficult to follow up.
