Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients ranged in?age?from?18 to 75;? Patients with cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage and during the period from 1-12 months were included; ? Diagnostic criteria for all enrolled patients were based on the diagnostic points of various cerebrovascular diseases adopted by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference in 1995;? Patients with first stroke or previous stroke without sequelae;? CT or MRI scans confirmed Stroke and excluded other neurological diseases (Eg, encephalitis, hydrocephalus, etc.) ;? Aphasia as assessed by the CLAST language scale; ? Patients willing to cooperate with cognitive assessment, training and follow-up; ?Written?informed?consent?was obtained from?patient?or their direct?relatives.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Patients accompanied by unconsciousness, could not?cooperate?with the?examination and treatment; ?Patients with severe primary diseases in heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; ?Patients with speech disorder due to other non-cerebrovascular diseases; ?Previous history of mental disorders, substance abuse;?Patients with organ failure or severity stroke
