Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years old and with good compliance; 2. Patients whose wounds have not healed and have no tendency to heal after dressing change or other conservative treatment for more than 4 weeks; 3. Patients with surgical indications and suitable for skin flap transplantation; 4. Patients who receive surgical treatment and sign the informed consent form for the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organs function poorly and cannot tolerate surgery; 2. Patients with cancerous wound; 3. Patients with hematological diseases; 4. Patients with chronic osteomyelitis; 5. Patients with short-term or long-term use of corticosteroids, anticoagulants or immunosuppressants; 6. Patients with mental illness; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. The patient and his family refused to cooperate with the treatment and refused to sign the informed consent form for the operation.
