Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who met sepsis standard 3.0 and signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-sepsis patients; Patients with various blood diseases and malignant tumors; Patients with various chronic diseases and terminal stage; Long-term users of hormone and immunosuppressive agents; The patient is critically ill and the clinician believes that the patient may die within 24 hours; Patients who do not agree to sign the informed consent; Patients who have received organ transplant surgery; Patients who received allogeneic blood transfusion before blood drawing; Age < 18 years old; Pregnant woman
