Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The donors who intend to perform living relative kidney transplantation between April 2020 to December 2020 in the Renal Transplantation Center of the Department of Urology, West China Hospital of Sichuan University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With a history of taking dexamethasone one week before operation; 2. With a history of ulcerative enteritis; 3. Patients who used dexamethasone many times in perioperative periodnt. 4. Patients unwilling to participate in the experiment.
