Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria for all enrolled patients were based on the diagnostic points of various cerebrovascular diseases adopted by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference in 1995, and CT or MRI scans confirmed cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage; 2. With stable vital signs; 3. Patients aged 34 to 80 years; 4. Brunnstrom classification stage I to V, the onset time is 2 weeks to 6 months; 5. Written informed consent was obtained from patient or their direct relatives.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients have more serious complications (including liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiac infarction, heart failure, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe infections, mental disorders and dementia, epilepsy, bone and joint disease, etc.); 2. Patients have severe cognitive impairment (including severe aphasia, attention disorder, memory or communication problems, etc.); 3. Patients have more serious problems that cannot be controlled by drugs (including epilepsy, hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, pain, etc.); 4. Stroke patients with critical organ failure or critical illness, as well as cancer, have a greater impact on patients' quality of life than the diseases or conditions of limb dysfunction after stroke.
