Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage patients with swallowing disorder during the period from 1-12 months were included; 3. Diagnostic criteria for all enrolled patients were based on the diagnostic points of various cerebrovascular diseases adopted by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference in 1995; 4. Patients with first stroke or previous stroke without sequelae; 5. CT or MRI scans confirmed Stroke and excluded other neurological diseases (Eg, encephalitis, hydrocephalus, etc.); 6. Water swallow test is not less than grade 3, no drinking water and swallowing disorders before stroke; 7. Written?informed?consent?was obtained from?patient?or their direct?relatives.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients accompanied by unconsciousness, combined with sensory aphasia or mental disorders, could not?cooperate?with the?examination and treatment; 2. Patients with severe primary diseases in heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 3. Patients has tracheostomy; 4. Previous history of cognitive disorders, mental disorders, substance abuse or other conditions that affect swallowing; 5. Patients with organ failure or severity stroke; 6. Patients who are unable to complete treatment, may have poor compliance and difficult to follow up; 7. Metal foreign body after pacemaker or local treatment; 8. Water swallow test is grade 4 or grade 5, swallowing disorders is too severe; 9. According to clinical examination, patients with significant aspiration of swallowing function.
