Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) all patients underwent CAG in the catheters of our hospital. According to the results of coronary angiography (i.e., there was at least one major coronary artery branch stenosis >=50%), ACS was diagnosed and PCI was performed for the first time; (2) sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with hematologic disorders, platelet count 450x10^9/L;In patients with moderate to severe anemia, HB 3 times the upper limit of the reference value, acute, chronic liver injury; 3. severe heart failure (NYHA class IV); 4. a history of deep vascular puncture or surgical operation within the past month; 5. patients with chronic inflammation are being treated with steroids or nsaids; 6. identify those who are intolerant to the drugs or devices used in the study (low molecular weight heparin, common heparin, aspirin, clopidogrel, contrast agent, or any one of its components) or who have a history of allergy to a variety of substances; 7. pregnant women, nursing and menstrual patients; 8. other oral anticoagulants (warfarin, rivaroxaban, dabigatran, etc.) that are not related to this study and may influence the results of this study are being used; 9. the investigators believe that there are other patients who may cause factors affecting the study; 10. reject genetic testers; 11. previous PCI or CABG; 12. participating in other clinical studies.
