Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From March 2020 to September 2020, the patients were diagnosed as senile cataract. According to the hardness of nucleus, they were graded as IV-V, aged 50-80 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude systemic chronic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, renal insufficiency, anemia, etc., and exclude patients with uveitis, glaucoma, fundus retinal disease history. The patients with other history of intraocular surgery such as glaucoma, vitreoretinal surgery, corneal endothelial count less than 1200 / mm2 and those who were unwilling or unable to follow up were excluded.
