Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=40 years; 2. Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known cerebral vascular accidents or neurological diseases; 2. History of neurological disorders irrelevant to diabetes and affecting cognition; 3. Subjects with metabolic syndrome; 4. History of alcohol, substance abuse or head surgery; 5. Participants with type-1 diabetes or with unidentified diabetic subjects; 6. Severe hearing and visual impairment; 7. Contraindications to MRI scan.
