Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with T2D who underwent coronary artery angiography (CAG) at the Peking University First Hospital in the years of 2017 and 2018; All the patients were definitively diagnosed as T2D according to Guidelines for the prevention and control of type 2 diabetes in China.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals woth supplement of Vitmain B12/B6 or folic acid; Patient with severe diysfunction of liver or kidney; Patient with prior history of coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) or percutaneous transluminal coronary intervention (PCI); Patient with history of cardiomyopathy; Patients with malignant tumor of autoimmune diseases; Pregnant or lactating women.
