Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. All patients with pancreatic tumors on computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging requiring cytohistological evidence by EUS-guided sampling; 3. Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart and lung diseases, severe renal insufficiency; 2. Coagulopathy (platelet count 1.5); oral anticoagulation agents such as aspirin or warfarin in the previous week; 3. pregnant women
