Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients with ASA?-II; 2. Aged 18-65 years old; 3. BMI 18.5-28kg/m2; 4. Patients who are going to have right lobectomy in our hospital from April 2020 to December 2020; 5. Patients without respiratory dysfunction and basic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to the study drug, serious cardiopulmonary disease, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia and bradycardia (HR < 45 times / min); 2. Patients with atrioventricular block, hypertension and a - 2 receptor agonist treatment; 3. Patients with severe neuropsychiatric diseases; 4. Patients with renal dysfunction (serum creatinine over 1.5 mg / dl); 5. Patients with liver dysfunction; 6. Patients with long-term drinking, taking opiates or having a history of addiction and dependence of sedative and hypnotic drugs.
