Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Graves disease: (1) symptom and physical sign of hyperthyroidism; (2) physical examination and ultrasound indicate diffuse goiter; (3) decreased TSH level and elevated thyroxine; (4) the presence of positivity for TRAb. Hashimoto thyroiditis: (1) the presence of positivity for TgAb or TPOAb; (2) thyroid ultrasound indicates diffuse change or echo unevenness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) With inflammatory diseases or infectious diseases; (2) Persistent vomiting or suspected gastrointestinal obstruction; (3) Gastrectomy, fundoplication, colostomy and other digestive system surgery; (4) Antibiotics used in the past 3 months for 3 days or more; (5) Patients with moderate or severe renal impairment (> 2mg/dL or 177mmol/L) or moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease;Patients with severe hypertension and cerebrovascular accident; (6) Have taken drugs that can cause peripheral neuropathy, such as isoniazid, dilorazepam, etc., with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases; (7) With severe organic disease, e.g. cancer, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction and cerebral apoplexy (8) With phthisis or Aids; (9) With severe diabetes complications, e.g. leg ulcers, severe liver and kidney damage, severe neurological diseases and severe retinopathy; (10) Intemperance (drinking more than 5 times in one week and drinking more than 100g spirit, 250g rice wine or 5 bottles of beer); (11) Received drug therapy aim at the following diseases, e.g. cholecystitis, peptic ulcer, urinary tract infection, acute pyelonephritis, urocystitis; (12) Pregnancy or planning to become pregnant; (13) Anemia: HbA1c less than 10g/dl; (14) Physical Disability or self-care disability or disability of recalling clearly and answering questions caused by any other reasons; (15) Without enough time taking part in this project.
