Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Immune RIF group: (1) aged < 40 years old and basic FSH < 10 U/L; (2) those who had experienced at least 2 cycles and transferred at least 4 high quality embryos in fresh or freeze-thaw transfer cycles and failed to achieve clinical pregnancy; (3) immune abnormalities, such as ACA, LA, anti-ß2-GP1, ANA or thyroid autoantibodies positive before pregnancy; (4) traditional treatment failed and no other known causes of RIF were found. Pregnancy group: (1) the age was less than 40 years old and the basic FSH was less than 10 U/L; (2) the patients who underwent IVF-ET/ICSI-ET in the reproductive center of our hospital for the first time, that is, pregnancy, had no history of bad pregnancy and child birth.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) there are chromosome abnormalities in both or one of the husband and wife; (2) abnormal anatomical structure and pathological changes of the female reproductive tract; (3) abnormal endocrine tests such as thyroid hormone, blood glucose and insulin; (4) abnormal coagulation function, blood hypercoagulable state or hereditary thrombosis; (5) chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases such as endometrial polyps, pelvic hydrosalpinx, endometritis and so on (6) the thickness of endometrium was less than 7mm on the day of transplantation; (7) those who had been treated with cyclosporine and other drugs in the past 3 months; (8) patients with (ART) and contraindications of pregnancy, or patients with other diseases that had significant influence on pregnancy.
