Inclusion criteria: Patients meet the diagnostic criteria adherence to GOLD 2011.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe heart, liver, kidney, or brain disease; 2. Poor language skills; 3. Inability to complete the study; 4. Combined with malignant tumor.
