Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years old; 2. Patients with clear peripheral pulmonary nodules on chest CT (nodule is located in 1/3 of the lung field); 3. Patients with the largest diameter of the target nodule =10 mm; 5. Patients with wedge-shaped pulmonary nodule resection indication evaluated by attending physician and planning to perform preoperative localization under traditional CT guidance. 6. Patients who participate voluntarily and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without preoperative localization guided by traditional CT for any reason; 2. For patients with complications related to pneumothorax and hemothorax, the clinician judges that they are no longer suitable for intraoperative positioning and need to withdraw from the trial; 3. Patients who have had thoracic surgery or chest diseases, resulting in extensive intrathoracic adhesion, are not suitable for intraoperative positioning; 4. Patients requiring withdrawal from the trial.
