Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The maximum diameter of solid thyroid nodules is =6cm, and the diameter of cystic nodules can exceed 6cm. It is a low-grade malignant thyroid cancer with no lymph node metastasis and no local invasion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe major organ dysfunction, poor general system and intolerance of general anesthesia; patients with severe coagulation dysfunction that are difficult to correct; history of neck radiotherapy, thyroiditis, and large, recurring parenchymal swelling after thyroid surgery It can be regarded as a relative contraindication for patients with solid thyroid nodules with a maximum diameter of> 6 cm or a large goiter (more than II degree enlargement), and those with enlarged thyroid malignancies that need to be resected and lymph node dissected.
